If you find your GYG$ and points are missing, please ensure that you are logging into your original GOMEX account. You can use the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login screen if you have forgotten your details.
If you have an existing ‘Email and Password’ account and choose to login with Apple ID, Facebook or Google, it may create a new account if a different email address is being used. This will mean you don’t have access to your GYG$, points and order information. You must login to your original account.

Every $ you spend is a point.
Once your points cross the 150 point threshold, the system is triggered to convert your points to GYG$ on the next transaction. This means on your next purchase, the GYG $10 will appear on your account ready to use.
When the points are converted, 150 points deduct from your balance, but GYG $10 appears in your account. If the transaction that occurs once you’ve crossed that threshold takes you well over 150 points, it will leave the difference in your points bank, i.e., if you had 199 points, 150 would deduct, leaving you with 49 points and GYG $10.
